  • WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO YOU CATER?
We take an extreme amount of pride in our reputation as a leader in drop-off catering, and although we appreciate any interest in our service, our commitment to remain exclusive to this style catering is the threshold to our success. We regularly cater to corporate businesses, medical facilities and personal events, such as clambakes, graduations, memorial services and more. Our delivery hours are Monday through Saturday, from 6:00am to 5:00pm (Saturdays 10:00am to 3:00pm), which allows us to accomodate breakfasts, lunches & dinners. (Pick up is also available)
  • WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Delivery Hours - Monday thru Friday, 6:00am to 5:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am to 3:00pm

Customer Service - Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am to 3:00pm

Order by Voicemail - 7 days a week, 7:00am to Midnight

Order Online - 7 days a week, 24 hours a day

Sundays - We are closed on Sundays other than October, in which we are open for pick up orders (i.e. clambakes). Our regulated hours are from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
 
  • HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU REQUIRE TO PLACE ORDERS?
Our service is very accommodating for you to place orders at your own convenience. We accept same day (by phone only) orders based on our availability, otherwise you can place orders practically whenever you want!

Next Day Lunch/Dinner Events - By midnight before an event (after hours orders can be placed online or by voicemail)

Next Day Breakfast Events - By 4:00pm the day before your event (online or with customer service)

Clambake Catering requires 1 week notice.

NOTE: Orders can also be placed as far in advance as you desire. We encourage larger orders (50 or more people) be placed with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
 
  • WHAT ARE YOUR ORDER MINIMUMS?
We have a $70.00 minimum order size. Most of our hot menu items require a minimum of 7 orders per item while most of our deli menu items can be mixed and matched to create platters (i.e.: wraps & sandwiches). On occasion we may be able to accomodate smaller orders for local business that are near our locations (0 to 5 miles). Pick up is also available.
 
  • HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER?
Our primary delivery territory is 0 to 45 miles for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our 45 to 60 mile territory is reserved for lunch orders only. You may find some zip codes in our 45 to 60 mile territory are not available through online ordering. If this is the case we recommend contacting your location by phone to check for availability.
 
  • DO YOUR DELIVERY ASSOCIATES SET UP MY FOOD ORDER?
We take a tremendous amount of pride in our unique food presentation. Our professionally trained delivery associates are trained to set up your food for you on every delivery they make. No matter what the situation we may encounter, we will setup your food order swiftly and effectively in your desired area, leaving you with little or no preparation to have a successful event.
 
  • DO YOU PREPARE BUFFETS OR INDIVIDUAL MEALS?
Our service specializes in cold & hot food buffets. Our hot food buffets will normally require a minimum of 5 orders per person, while our cold food buffets can be more mix & match for items such as a wraps or sandwich platter. We do offer individual vegetarian meals to accompany your buffets if necessary. We also have box lunches which are sold on an individual basis.
 
  • HOW DO PICK UP ORDERS WORK?
Simple... just call your location or order online and provide us with your menu & the time you would like to pick up your order. Use this option to save on delivery, or if you need to pick up a dessert tray, party platter or breakfast tray.

Pick up orders are a great option if you have a weekend party. We can prepare all of your food for you and you can pick up and store it at home until your weekend event begins. We prepare hot buffets so all you have to do is heat and serve in the oven. A great option and our customer service will help you create an ideal menu to suit your needs.

Our pick up hours are M-F, 7:00am to 4:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am to 3:00pm
